Here at Asta Productions we can help you with those details. We give you our years  experience in the wedding industry and leave nothing to chance. At your wedding rehearsal you will do nothing but rehearse. There will be no planning or deciding what to do and who does what. How to you get from point "A" to point "B."  We have  seen so many wedding rehearsals organized by someone who "wants to get into the wedding business" but lacks the knowledge, talent and know how, Asta Productions wants to offer you an invaluable service. If you are spending thousands of dollars on your wedding, why not spend a fraction of that on someone who will make sure your day is elegant, tasteful and polished.

Consultation Levels

Bronze

This is a customized package where you decide how many hours of service you require. We offer planning, budgeting, helpful tips, the reason why you do the traditional things at the wedding and reception.  You are in control and you already have someone who wants to direct your rehearsal and the wedding itself.  You want us to help you with information about the site, how to plan the rehearsal, find out about vendors who are hard to find, and you only want help with certain tasks that you are unfamiliar with. We can customize this package so you are paying only for the service you need.  This package does not include rehearsal or wedding  coordination. (It cannot be added to this level of consultation).

Silver

Five hours of consultation at up to five separate meetings. (or combine a few hours). We will develop ideas and follow your "map" of the day.  We offer vendor referrals, etiquette advice, assess technical and production issues and help you with your budget management.  We offer helpful tips, the reason why one does the traditional and highlight events at the reception.  We will call vendors, set up meeting and appointments with those vendors.  This package does not include rehearsal or wedding  coordination. This service may not be added to this package. However we can  add other services to this package at a per hour fee.

Gold

Seven hours of consultation that may include: vendor referrals, etiquette, assess technical and production aspects of the wedding and reception, budget management, calling vendors, setting up appointment and attending  a meeting with your caterer to know what your request are,  and directing the rehearsal and wedding ceremony. This package is for the bride and groom who have time to do most of their planning, decorations, set up, but need someone to offer the information they don't know and to take charge at the rehearsal and ceremony.  Wedding Director will come equipped with a Bridal Emergency Kit. This package does not include reception co-ordination.

Platinum

Up to 25 hours of bridal consultation. The consultation may include the assessment of technical & production aspects of your wedding and reception, vendor referrals  and setting up appointments for the bride with vendors, etiquette, planning how to move from point A to point B in your ceremony and reception, attending a meeting with your caterer to better understand what is expected at the reception, directing the wedding rehearsal & ceremony,  a professional photo montage, use of our bridal emergency kit.  This package is recommended for those brides planning a large wedding and who don't have the time to do it all  herself.

We offer one hour of free wedding planning with videography.  It's not directing, it's planning. The more your photographer and videographer know, they better your wedding and reception coverage will be! I personally have seen things happen that are just unbelievable and embarrassing to the bride, groom and their families because of not enough planning or basic knowing, how or what to do. You really need one person in charge of the day, a good close friend. We can teach your best friend how to be the best wedding director ever, and she doesn't have to know the first thing about it!

Our consultant will meet with the bride as often as needed.  Our company charges by the hour and therefore,  you can use her services as little or as much as needed.  She will help you with wedding planning, etiquette, budgeting, give you a list of vendors in the area and vendors we can recommend, help create your Growing Up Photograph Montage, edit your music for the wedding and more!  She can offer you several choices on how and what order to do important wedding events, (i.e. when to do the unity candle, first communion as husband and wife, when to have a solo, and what do the guys do with their hands?) 

Our etiquette will include sharing with you what is of good taste and share with you what other brides are doing at their weddings in the 21st century. We have sample videos of different types of weddings. 

We can take charge or let you in be charge with just a little professional suggestions.  You let us know how much help you need. We also do work/planning between each session. Such as preparing your program, calling vendors, typing your wedding outline (to give copies to each attendant, groomsmen, parents, minister, etc. at the wedding rehearsal) and to changing the key of the soloists song and more!
